Pre-Bid Meeting Notice

Punjab State Electricity Board is in the process of finalization of technical specification of Static/ Electronic ABT (Availability Based Tariff) compliant Trivector Type, Four Quadrant, memory based, Bi-Directional Energy Meters with 0.2S class accuracy. These meters shall be installed on EHV/ HV circuits as a self-contained device for measurement of various electrical parameters (e.g. active energy, reactive energy, frequency, power factor, voltage, current etc.) in each successive 15-minutes block.

A pre-bid meeting will be held in the office of CE/SO&C, Ablowal (Patiala) for finalization of technical specification of these meters. Manufacturers of these types of meters are requested to attend the meeting on 28th May, 2009 at 10:00 AM.

Further information, if any, may be obtained during office time (i.e. 09.00 to 17.00 Hrs.) on working days. Interested firms may confirm their participation.
