For the convenience of Public, PSEB has introduced on the SPOT BILLING & PAYMENT COLLECTION service at your doorstep.
M/s. KLG Systel Ltd. Gurgaon and M/s CSS Techenergy Hyderabad have been asigned the job of carrying out field operations for meter reading, preperation of bills, delivery of bills to the consumers and collecting the payments in respect of Domestic & Non-Residential consumers having connected load upto 20 KW.

The following information is given hereby for General Public:
- The service personnel who visits your premises shall carry Identity Card duly authorised by Sr.Xen/DS,PSEB.
- The service personnel shall note down the meter reading into his machine and prepare a bill.
- The Bill shall be delivered to the consumers and they shall be requested to make payment.
- The request for payment is optional on part of the consumer. The consumer retains the right to deposit the bill upto expiry date of the grace period as indicated on the bill. However, for their convenience, the consumer may make payment to the service personnel there and then.
- The Service personnel is authorised to collect cash payment upto Rs. 1000/- per consmer only. Bill payment in cash above Rs 1000/- may not be made to the service personnel, however, it can be made through payee cheque drawn in favour of "Punjab State Electricity Board".
- The Service personnel shall generate a reciept for the paid amount and deliver the receipt to the consumer on the spot.
- The service personnel is NOT authorized to accept any Part-payment.
