• Consumer’s Services.
• Introduced Single window system of redressal of consumer grievances way back in 2001.
• Reduction of AT&C losses with introduction of innovating measures to combat theft of energy.
• Introduced concept of shifting of onus of controlling theft of energy from the utility to the consumer.  Meters were shifted outside consumer premises in Pillar Boxes a concept now adopted throughout the country.  This ensured reduction of demand, increase in revenue and better reliability of supply.
• Release of General Service Connections in 24 Hrs. of receipt of application.
